Tipi tent DIY

¡Buenos días! Cuánto tiempo sin pasar por aquí... pero ya he vuelto :)

Good morning! It's been a long time without writing... but I'm back again :)

He decidido volver por la puerta grande con un DIY para la reina de mi casa: mi perrita jajajaja. Aquí tenéis un tipi para mascotas que además de encantarle a ellos servirá como decoración para vuestro salón :D

Os he hecho un esquema de las piezas del tipi y de las medidas que he usado, evidentemente para un chihuahua. Tened en cuenta ajustar el tamaño a vuestra mascota :)

I decided to come back in the best way so this is a DIY for the queen of my house: my dog hahahaha. Here you have a tipi for your pets that they will love and will also decorate your living room :D

I did a scheme with the structure and pieces of the tipi and the measurements I used, obviously for a chihuahua. Take into account the size of your pet :)

¿Qué necesitamos?

Tela.
Palos de madera - LeroyMerlin (4,76€)
Aguja e hilo.
Decoraciones de tela.
Pegamento de tela.
Goma.
Cartón
Cojín - Bazar (3,50€)

What do we need?

Fabric.
Wood sticks - LeroyMerlin (4,76€)
Needle and thread.
Fabric decorations.
Fabric glue.
Elastic band.
Cardboard
Pillow - Bazaar (3,50€)

Presupuesto/Budget: 8,26€

Paso a paso:

1. Cortar las piezas de tela dejando un centímetro para coserlas. A la hora de coser si lo hacéis a mano (como yo), reforzad todas las costuras con pegamento.

Recordad dejar la parte superior abierta.

2. Colocar varias trabillas de goma en las costuras para poder sujetar los palos de madera.

3. Añadir decoraciones en la puerta del tipi.

4. Colocar los palos de madera y ajustarlos con cuerdas y decoraciones.

5. Colocar el cartón en la base y el cojín.

Step by step:

1. Cut the pieces of fabric leaving a cm for sewing them. If you sew them manually (as me), strengthen them with fabric glue.

Remember to leave the upper part open for the wood sticks.

2. Sew some elastic band belt loops in every seam for holding every stick.

3. Add decorations at the tipi door.

4. Place the sticks and fit them with rope and decorations.

5. Place the cardboard and the pillow.
